Today’s Meditation – Strengthen the Mind, Body & Soul Connection

Instructions:

Hello and welcome to this meditation.  During this session,  we will strengthen the mind, body, and soul connection in order to inspire spiritual growth.

Go ahead and become as relaxed as possible, sitting or lying down allowing the body to settle in, releasing the tension, fitness, and cluttered thoughts. Use the breath to continue to relax the body deeper inhales.  We’re going to visit each of the seven major energy centers of the body.  These areas have influenced and are influenced by our emotions, physical issues, and spiritual depth connecting with them to help to heal on a holistic level – Body, Mind, emotions, and soul.

Let’s begin at the base of the body now – the very end of the spine. Envision a soft red light beginning to glow at this area, spreading down and around the legs all the way down to the soles of your feet.

This is your area of safety grounding and security. breathing again,  envision thick red roofs growing from the bottoms of your feet and plunging into the red richer. Move up the abdomen, just underneath the navel. Place both hands here and envision a bright orange light beginning to spread underneath your fingertips, saturating the lower abdomen.

This is where we nurture our emotions and honor both the light and the dark sides of ourselves in your mind.   See the orange flow rippling like water through this area now. Connect with your solar plexus, the midsection of your body just above your belly button.

Envision a sunny yellow shining here spreading through the stomach all the way to the back.

Imagine the yellow like a fire becoming brighter and brighter with each breath. This is your area of willpower and confidence.

Let’s move up to the chest. Now place both hands near your heart and take a deep breath in envisioning a lush beautiful green spreading through.  This is your area of balance and unconditional love.  Feel the green filling the heart and the lungs and growing brighter and brighter with each breath

Moving higher, we come to the throat. Bring your attention through the hollow between your clavicles at the base of the neck and feel a bright blue beginning to glow here.  This energy center is where your expression and communication line.  Breathe in the blue and feel it cooling and enlivening this area.

Now begin to connect with your forehead specifically the space just above and between the eyebrows.  See rich deep indigo pulsing here.  This is the hub of our intuition, our inner knowing.  Allow the indigo to seep through spreading down to the eyes and the entire forehead.

Finally. we come to the very top of the head feel a violent light shining here at the crown of your head. This is where you are connected to all things the area where your spirituality and enlightenment.  The Ray has been inspired within you.  Send the violet glow shining brightly through the top of your head, spreading out among the stars and bringing you a deep sense of connection and spiritual fulfillment.

Feel your entire body glowing as you continue to harmonize all the aspects of your being, body, and emotions.

So when you are ready to end this meditation,  slowly open your eyes and return to your surroundings,  grateful for the chance to experience and open your spiritual nature.
