Instructions
Hello and welcome to this mental health Work Break Meditation – Rejuvenating Yourself. This session is best listened to during a work break or a brief rest from a busy day.
Become as relaxed as possible, allowing your breathing to begin to slow. Make sure that you’re in a quiet place where you can relax. Go ahead and prop up your feet, recline your chair, or do whatever you can to make sure that your body and mind know that it’s time to take a break.
Sometimes the best rest are the ones that we are working hard,-brings with it a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction and allowing yourself to take a break. Tt’s a wonderful act of self-care. This break is not about dwelling about the events of the day or anticipating the end of it. it’s about taking the time to recharge so that you can do your best work. Whether you’re an employee, an entrepreneur, a parent, a student, or all of the above, It’s necessary to give yourself a well-deserved break.
Take a nice deep breath in and settle your body, even more allowing it to become more live during your exhale. You have nowhere to be and you have nothing to do right here at this moment. There is just rest take your time to breathe slowly, think slowly,  pretend that you’re on a Sun Down porch, rocking lightly in a wooden rocking chair, back and forth back and forth. Your breath begins to parallel your rocks and your heartbeat begins to align with it to the raw rock beat. Breathe, breathe the gentle rhythm. keeps you relaxed but aware this is the time to push the reset button finding your second wind to carry you throughout the rest of your day.
You are valued. You are responsible and you deserve this wonderful chance to regroup/ Giving your body and mind a reward for such a good job. Continue to breathe effortlessly as you enjoy the rest of your downtime. Breathe. Breathe. When you are ready to end this meditation. Give your body a nice stretch and return to your day feeling revitalized.
